Please use this form to directly submit a request with our Equipment Repair Team.
Once reviewed, we will inform you if we are able to service your equipment. At that point, we will also provide information on how to send your equipment to us.
Registered users can track their ticket(s) from their customer portal and message us directly about your repair.
Once the repair is complete, you will be able to view and pay your invoice from the customer portal. Upon payment, we will promptly return your equipment to you in 3-5 business days.
