Founder and chief visionary, Otto is the driving force behind the company. He has always been fascinated by electronics and all aspects of lighting. His deep knowledge of electronic circuity design and operational principles allows us to bring quality equipment repairs to our customers. He loves to keep his hands full by participating in the development of new products, marketing, and customer relations.
Repairs
Our approach to repairing equipment is to first find the exact components that are causing the issue. We then present our findings to you so you can make an informed decision about your equipment. We will then replace the necessary components with high quality, brand name parts available from trusted suppliers here is the USA. In our current world of digital and computer based lighting, there are so many individual components that must work together. It may take just one component failure that puts your equipment out of service.
Simple, effective repairs
Repairing your equipment instead of replacing it means that you can continue to use the lights you love and have built your systems around. It also means that you can continue to get returns on your valuable investment or capital purchase. We are completely independent from any manufacturer and therefore are not bound by any minimum advertised pricing agreements or fixed markups set by the manufacturer.
This does mean, however, that we are not able to honor any manufacturer's warranty agreement or perform warranty services on behalf of a dealer or manufacturer. Our intent is to service out-of-warranty equipment that would otherwise be cost-prohibitive to be repaired by the manufacturer.
Environmentally conscious
By replacing only required components instead of replacing entire assemblies or boards, we can greatly reduce the amount of e-waste that would have otherwise entered the waste stream. Additionally, replacing only required components, we keep our overhead and expenses low.
